HoopSwipes Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PlayAct Games ("we", "us") handles information when you play HoopSwipes (the "Game") on Android. We do not run our own servers for the Game and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress is saved only on your device: coins, gems, owned and equipped balls, best scores, daily missions and rewards, and your settings (sound, music, vibration, notifications). We do not receive this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your choices and region, ads may be personalised.

• Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you may be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy → Ads).

The "Remove Ads" purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available because you choose to watch them.

3. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases (gem packs and Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver the item. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

4. Google Play Games (sign-in and leaderboards)

If you sign in with Google Play Games, the Game uses your Play Games player ID and display name to submit your best scores to public leaderboards, where other players can see your display name, avatar and score. This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage your Play Games profile and visibility in the Google Play Games settings on your device.

5. Notifications

With your permission, the Game schedules reminders locally on your device (for example, when a daily reward or free gift is ready). They are not sent from our servers. You can turn them off in the Game's settings or in your device's notification settings.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Data retention and deletion

• Game progress: uninstall the Game or clear its data in your device settings.
• Leaderboard scores and Play Games data: manage or delete them through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.
• Advertising data: controlled by Google; see the links above.

8. Security

We rely on Google's services for ads, purchases and leaderboards, which use industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
